Natalie did an outstanding job helping us purchase a home from out of state (Phoenix AZ). Because the Edmond, OK market was very active we could not get there in time to make offers on homes we were interested in before they would sell. So Natalie became our eyes and ears and she actually shared video of the neighborhood and the house, including opening drawers, closets and checking cleanliness of the home. This gave us the confidence to make an offer virtually (thought we would never do that) and she also coached us on what that offer should be.
