Kristy was the absolute best! My husband and I were first time home buyers and she held our hand during the entire process. She has so much knowledge and is willing to share it (not always the case). She was so prepared when we would look at the homes, she always had all the information to be able to answer my MANY questions, which was night and day compared to the realtor we had been working with before finding her. It was total luck that I found Kristy on Zillow after our previous realtor ghosted us. Kristy responded within an hour after sending her a message and she had us looking at homes that same day. My husband and I can be a very difficult pair that had different ideas of the perfect home but she was able to keep us focused on the important things and kept a list of our likes/dislikes. She kept us on the same page and helped us find that perfect home. She walked me through all the steps after we found the home from setting up utilities to dealing with all the financing stuff. I cannot say enough good things about Kristy - can't even list all she did for us. What I can say is she went above and beyond my (high) expectations and trust me when I say if you will consider yourself blessed if you choose to work with her.
