Cynthia Hutcherson

Cynthia is a very professional agent. She does her homework before presenting it to the client. She keeps in contact with the client as to what should be done before listing the house. Our experience with Cynthia was quite good. She listed our home on the Friday after New Year's Day and it was sold on the following Monday. The closing went smoothly without any problems or last minute surprises.She is the only one I would trust to show my house with my cat present.

Cynthia has help me or my other family members purchase and/or sell 6-8 properties over the years. She is always helpful and available in facilitating our transactions.

Although the home was in rough shape -- Ms. Hutcherson quickly found a buyer who remodels homes and agreed to a reasonable price.
