Kath is amazing! She assisted us in our search and purchase of our new home and with the sale of our previous home. The “want list” we gave her for our new home was quite long and the crazy housing market made for a long search. Kath was unbelievably patient and knowledgeable in all areas of the process. She is a magician with providing resources as needed to address just about any challenge that comes up and rescued us more than once. There really are no words to adequately express our gratitude for all she has done. Her professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, and character were everything and more we could have hoped for.
