He was absolutely amazing! It was my wife and Is first home and he helped through every step of the way and had amazing connections with people you can trust! Even after the sale was completed he has continued to help make it a home through his team and network. There’s not a single person I would recommend other than James. He’s not just a realtor he’s truly in it for the customer service and has proven that at every step. Now as for negotiating I will state he is a force of fury! The sellers agent disclosed to us that at one point they felt “between a rock and a hard place” and nothing is better for negotiation that having a rock on YOUR side of the table.

James Wood is the best. His web site says that - and it ain't bragging if it's true. He helped me on the purchase of the house and it was very good. So it was a no brainer to have him for the sale. Lots of communication from James through the entire process. Emails, texts and phone calls. He kept me up to date on everything going on. He helped me find contractors for repairs and painting and getting ready for showings. All of those contractors speak highly of James. I was going to come to Owasso from OKC to take care of a few items at the house but James said he would do it saving me a day of traveling. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a good realtor and a good person.
