Eric Brown with Re/Max has simply been AMAZING in every way during my relocation process to Tulsa, including orchestrating what has to be the most unusual deal in the history of real estate for me with this complicated move.I really can't recommend him more highly, which I can't recall ever saying about anyone before, except for maybe my last mechanic who I grew to trust immensely over 20 years and 60+ issues with 4 separate cars! Without me asking for help, Eric even helped me unload furniture I brought with me ahead of my family's upcoming big move to Oklahoma!!!

We moved here from out of state and were not familiar with the towns we would be happy living in. We wanted to find something fast so I contacted Amy and let her know the areas we were interested in.She suggested that we drive around on our own to narrow down the search. We spent 7 hours on our own driving around looking. We then called and asked to see the house we ended up buying. It was the first and only house we viewed, since we spent time looking on our own, we knew what we wanted. Once we found our house, Amy got things rolling. We were selling a house and there were bumps in the road on that side. Amy got in contact with our buyer’s lender and pushed them to get things moving so we could move into our home here in OK. She worked with all the third parties that we had coming to the new house and we didn’t have to do anything. She helped take a lot of stress out of things.

Amy is a wonderful realtor who consistently went above the call in every way. Really, we couldn't have asked for more. She demonstrated a great knowledge of the process and always kept us in the loop with good communication. She showed genuine care and concern for us - we were not just another client. I began looking for a house to purchase in Skiatook, Okla, I was unfamiliar with the area and knew no real estate agents. I contacted Amy Whitmarsh with RE-Max and she responded to me promptly and helped me locate houses to view on a very short notice from me. She is very professional in her work and knowledgeable of the area. After we located a home and a contract was in place, she made all of the arrangements that were needed to complete the purchase process, i.e. mortgage company, home and termite inspections and kept me informed of the progress of the procedural steps. I was particularly impressed with Amy's dedicated service to me as a client. At any time I had a questions she was available either by telephone or text without undue delay. I would say that one would be well pleased in having Amy as an agent to assist in purchasing a home in the Owasso and surrounding communities and area.

Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice to help us get our house ready to list. She always responded very promptly to all of the many questions that we had during our listing. She helped us find just the right house we were looking for and made the buy/sell transaction go very smoothly. It took a few years before my husband and I could buy a home but, Amy was there every step of the way letting us know exactly what we needed to do. She still showed us homes so we cold get an idea of what we wanted. When it was time to buy, I felt comfortable looking at homes with her. I felt she listened to both my husband and I.

Professional, Caring, knowledgeable, Diligent, Realistic, & Honest are just some of the traits my wife and I experienced when Amy helped us buy a foreclosure in Sept 2014.The foreclosure we bought was through an online foreclosure auction and not the typical purchase. I was impressed with how hard Amy worked to make sure our interests were taken care of. Amy knew all of the details of the process and made sure we understood it. She was on top of the various deadlines and processes that the bank required. It was obvious to me that Amy read the contracts and understood them completely. (We have experienced realtors with past purchases who were not nearly as knowledgeable.)Our house did not close on time because of title issues and the seller's and their title company not taking care of their business. None of which was Amy's fault. In fact, if it wasn't for Amy we likely would not have closed on the house.After the seller and the seller's title company were not able to perform Amy worked diligently and contacted several managers at the sellers bank in order to make sure they fixed the issues. It took several persistent phone calls and emails. (sometimes in the middle of the night because the contact for the bank was in India)Her communication skills, persistence, tenacity, customer service, and "get it done" mentality was exactly what we needed and we were thankful to have her representing us. Another thing that impressed us with the process is that Amy received a significantly reduced commission on our house because of my relocation company. Amy is a true professional and never mentioned it and worked just as hard regardless of that.If you are looking for an agent that is a true professional, I recommend Amy and her team!

Amy is a true professional. I was working with a short deadline and she worked diligently to ensure the process was quick and smooth. I felt like her only client even though I know she was juggling about ten at the time. If or when I have a real estate need in the future, she's top of the list. I highly recommend Amy to anyone shopping for their first or next home.
