I always thought I wanted to be a teacher, but after a year of teaching, I followed my husband to Enid, OK for his job. In 2015, I decided to turn my hobby (of looking at houses online) into something useful... a career.
My absolute favorite part of my career is getting to know my clients. Once we find the perfect home together, or get yours under contract, I'm always excited to meet your friends and family members as they check out the new place or help you pack the old one! Consequently I've sold multiple homes to your friends and extended family in the last few years. I love it when I'm referred to as "The Family Realtor".

    Laura represented us as the buyer and the seller who lives out of state. I always felt she had the best interest of both parties in mind. She was knowledgeable and helped us prepare well for our appraisal (VA Loan). She answered our questions and went to bat for us as needed.     Laura was extremely helpful for us, as first homebuyers. We are new to Oklahoma, informed her we had a few days in town to look at houses and she made herself available to us. She knew the answer to every question, or would find the answer quickly and efficiently. Her communication skills with the client is absolutely outstanding. We never hesitated to reach out. She helped us feel valued and important to her. On signing day we even ran into some hiccups outside of HER and OUR control, but she had no problem negotiating with sellers and helping us solve the issue. I was extremely grateful we chose her.     As a real estate professional myself, I take it seriously when referring clients to another agent. After interviewing Laura Dobbins and reviewing her market activity, I felt very confident that she would take good care of my clients moving to Enid, OK. She did not disappoint! Some characteristics that make her a GREAT agent are that she treats every client as though they are her only client. I'm not sure how she manages but each client gets her full attention and care. She also maintains a positive and problem solving energy throughout the transaction which is important when the inevitable roller coaster ride begins. Laura has integrity and helps all parties to raise the bar for win/win transactions. She can be trusted to do what is best for you, she is not in this business for herself.     She under-promised and over-delivered! She was delightful to work with and very communicative. I really liked her right away when met Laura. Her quick responses were always vwey reassuring....especially since we had moved out of state. Her photos made the place look even better with the updates we had done.
