    Borgata is a gated community with three distinct neighborhoods or sections within this larger community. The flare of this Edmond addition is based upon an Italianate look and feel but with a "garden villa" layout. Oklahoma developers based the Edmond community off The Borgata of Scottsdale where the ambiance of the upscale shopping center has dazzled shoppers and tourists in suburban Phoenix for over 20 years.

    The flare of this Edmond community mirrors the architecture of Sam Gimignano, Tuscany's "Medieval Manhattan" and no other community in Edmond rivals its ambiance. Borgata, started in summer of 1996, began with Verona at Borgata, Portofino at Borgata came next and then Capri at Borgata started in 1999. Each section provides an array of quality architecture, design and construction with low maintenance homesites.

    There are added amenities of a master planned community with a community pool and clubhouse. It is in a prominent location on the west side of Coltrane Road between E. 2nd Street and 15th Street. It's close to shopping, dining, entertainment and I-35. Within the last three years, homes have ranged in size from 2000-4500+ square feet and priced from $275,000-$575,000. Currently there are only five homes for sale in Borgata as current listings don't last long in this popular community.
