    The Enclave at Westbury Subdivision
    Safe, Gated Neighborhood with Friendly Neighbors
    This is a small, gated neighborhood next to the Westbury subdivisions. There are a total of 35 homes that were built within the years 1996 through 2000. Most of the homes are between three and four bedrooms, with square footage ranging from 1,627-2,211 square feet.

    The neighborhood association is very good about holding annual meetings for major neighborhood informational updates. A summer block party was a hit among the households with school-aged children. Over the last three years, we've seen multiple families move in, which has been a pleasant, newer dynamic for this community. The HOA President has done a fantastic job sending out newsletters, especially after we have new homeowners move into the Enclave. We're given an updated contact list for everyone in the neighborhood and are encouraged to welcome those who are new.

    Our neighbors are kind to alert you if a garage door is left open or if something of value is left outside in the evenings. We share homemade treats and receive homemade goods in return. We lend a hand to those who need it, especially our elderly neighbors. Sometimes it feels like you've been transported to another day and age; perhaps Mayberry, where everyone looks after one another. I am grateful to have a similar experience to that of my parents in an era that seemed so long ago.

    Did I mention how convenient the location of the Enclave is?! It's right off of Interstate 40 and the Kilpatrick turnpike entrance is just down the street. You are 10 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City, less than 30 minutes from Tinker Air Force base and minutes away from shopping and restaurants. You couldn't pick out a better location!
