    The beautiful Linwood Place neighborhood is in Oklahoma City's Urban Conservation District! This is a very charming well-kept neighborhood. This old Oklahoma City neighborhood was platted back in 1909! Situated in the plush trees near NW 23rd St and Grand Blvd, you will find so many homes that are very unique and a pleasure to the eye. Be sure to check out this inviting neighborhood in the heart of Oklahoma City! You won't be disappointed with the gorgeous Linwood Place.
  • Walk along the streets of this charming and easily accessible part of town and you will not be disappointed with the unique and eclectic homes tucked away within the neighborhood. Located between 23rd and 16th/ Drexel and Hefner Parkway, access to everything is a plus. With Hefner Parkway to the west, you can get around very easily, as well as easily accessing Gatewood, Plaza District, and the 23rd corridor to get everywhere you want to go. The neighborhood is made up of all demographics, from young professionals to retired attorneys and professors. All the inhabitants love the unique architecture, the 19th Street promenade, Wayman Park, and the involved residents. This neighborhood is also unique as they do not have a Historical Preservation designation but do have a homeowners association. Price range for homes starts in the low $100's for a small bungalow all the way up to $500k+ for estate-sized lots and larger homes. This neighborhood has a lot of the same charm and history that you will find in Mesta Park and Heritage Hills, but the prices are not as high.
