    Kingsbury Ridge is a great tucked away neighborhood in Northwest Edmond! It is west of Western on Covell and feeds to Frontier Elementary, Heartland Middle School and Santa Fe High School. The neighborhood features ponds, walking trails, a playground, plus a neighborhood pool and clubhouse. One of the things I love best about this neighborhood is the mature trees and the feel of being out in the country, all while being just minutes from shopping, food and entertainment. Homes for sale here range from $300,000-$500,000 with the minimum square footage being 2000. Currently there are less than 15 homes for sale in the neighborhood.

    Kingsbury Ridge is a hidden gem in my opinion. Located off Covell, between Western and Penn, you will find this little neighborhood tucked away. Kingsbury Ridge has been under development since 2007, with existing and new construction currently available. The neighborhood features a lovely neighborhood pond at the entry, pool and clubhouse, and kids play area by the greenbelt. Kingsbury Ridge offers wonderful esthetics, with natural greenbelt space and rolling hills.

    The existing construction features homes built by Tom French, McCaleb Homes, and Silverstone Homes. Currently, the new construction features Jeff Click, JS Custom, and Radar Homes. The home prices range from $225,000 up to $400,000. Most of the newer construction is around 2,600 square feet, with some existing properties offering around the 3,500 square feet range.

    Right around the corner from the neighborhood are two of Edmonds newest schools, Heartland Middle School and Frontier Elementary. Heartland opens the summer of 2016! New commercial growth has popped up on Covell and Kelly, along with Danforth and Western, so you are within a few miles of all your shopping needs. Also, the fabulous Mitch Park of Edmond is located at Covell and Kelley as well! If you are shopping this area and price point, it is certainly worth a look.
