If you are looking for a place to do some front porch sitting but still enjoy a large 1/4 acre lot, check out this up-and-coming neighborhood. New homes are currently being built between 1500-3200 square feet. Home prices range between $326,000-$661,000 as of February 2023. The neighborhood is currently installing a neighborhood pool that will be done by the summer of 2023! This community has large lot sizes that are 1/4 acre each, a gated entry, and there is a pool and clubhouse coming soon. It is a very quiet neighborhood just a couple of miles east of 1-35. There are also tons of trees and rolling hills in this developing neighborhood. New homes coming soon! Homes in The Woods in Highgarden range between 1,500-2,500 square feet and have sold between $250,000-$320,000. Lots sizes are also a little smaller than the Highgarden Phase.
