    One of my favorite neighborhoods in Edmond! Fallbrook of Edmond is a gated neighborhood just east of Western off Covell. Nestled back from Covell, surrounded by its signature red stone walls and heavily wooded entrance, this neighborhood really catches your eye as you pull up.

    Fallbrook is a Bill Roberts development featuring some of Edmonds finest builders (Tom French, Alder Fine Homes, Bill Roberts, etc). The neighborhood features a community clubhouse with fireplace, pool and splash area, walking trails through the greenbelt, full sports/basketball court, children's play area, ponds, and community lawn.

    Homes in the neighborhood start around $400,000, with the age of construction between 2008 and 2016. The builders have done an amazing job with carefully designed elevations and stylish interiors. The lots tend to lean on the smaller side, so keep this in mind as you plan your move.

    The commercial amenities continue to grow around this neighborhood, so this will only help property value moving forward. You are minutes from schools, grocery, shopping centers, and restaurants. I highly recommend this neighborhood if you are searching the $400,000+ range.
