    For those who enjoy being near the exciting shopping, entertainment, and nightlife that downtown Oklahoma City has to offer while living in a laid-back and relaxing, tree-lined neighborhood, Historic Crown Heights is for you. Crown Heights is a quiet neighborhood with an easy commute to work. Residents enjoy strolls through the neighborhood, outdoor activities, social activities within the community, and playing at Crown Heights Park.

    Architectural styles range from Colonial, Tudor, Spanish, and Classic/Traditional. The development of Crown Heights began in 1930 by G.A. Nichols with plans including one-story and two-story homes, duplexes, and apartments. Today Crown Heights is part of the Historic Preservation (HP) and Historic Landmark Overlay Districts which preserve places and areas of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or archaeological significance throughout Oklahoma City.
