One of them is Cobblestone Curve, a newer gated community in Northwest Oklahoma City that features a wonderfully large lake and other water features for beautiful views and has a long walking trail for you to take advantage of those views.

    The older homes in the community are about 15 years old and the newer homes are still being built with lots that are also available for purchase to construct a custom home. Lots range from $90K for a 1/3 acre lot that isn't on the water all the way up to $200K for a waterfront lot. The community is a short drive away from tons of amenities including restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. This expansive neighborhood is divided up into smaller communities that each have their own community benefits. New construction is happening in some parts of the area with price points starting in the $300's and there are other sections (Cobblestone Manor) with larger executive homes priced over $500,000 to over $1m. The south entrance on NW 122nd is located in the Putnam City School District and the north entrance off Council Road is in the Deer Creek School District.
