    Arrowhead Hills Subdivision
Situated in Southeast Edmond, Arrowhead Hills is one of the city's most esteemed neighborhoods. Arrowhead Hills was originally developed in the 1960s by Milton Deason, Mike Vance, and my grandfather, Neal McCaleb. Having grown up in Arrowhead Hills, I am very familiar with the history and extensive benefits that the neighborhood has to offer.

Residents enjoy beautifully tree-lined streets, rolling terrain, and convenient access to nearby highways, shopping, and dining. Most of the homes were built between the 1960s and '80s. The neighborhood boasts architecturally significant home designs varying from Contemporary, English Tudor, Mid-Century Modern, and Traditional. The lots are generously sized and create the perfect atmosphere for gardening or gatherings with friends and family. Homes range from $300,000 to $800,000.

Arrowhead Hills is one of Edmond's most established communities. It features ranch style homes that sit on 1-2 acre home sites. There are several features about this community that make it stand out. No two homes are the same. They each have their own individual character. The neighborhood is also heavily wooded in parts and offers tree lined streets. In the spring and through the summer the landscaping of this area is lush. I was raised in this Southeast Edmond community and know the hilly terrain like the back of my hand. Arrowhead Hills sits at the corner of Coltrane and 33rd St and offers convenient highway access.

It is located about a mile from I-35 and provides easy access to downtown Oklahoma City and Tinker Air Force Base.
