  • Located in the hills northwest of Tulsa is a 3,700-acre Wildlife Preserve on Highway 123 southwest of Bartlesville. It was the personal playground of oilman Frank Phillips during the wild and wooly 1920s and '30s. The museum is a wonderful walk through the colorful history of Oklahoma oil, real outlaws, and real Indians. Fantastic preservation of the Oklahoma countryside as it was at statehood a hundred years ago.
